Back to Basics Too (part 2)
Here's another SL1200 MK2 from Niki Rojas. This is his third deck. Full refurbishment plus some minor repairs on the main board.
-Main top cabinet and tonearm section are finished in matte silver using automotive polyurethane paint
-All light replaced. Bright for strobe & pitch indicator. Bright white for 33/45 rpm buttons & pop up/target lamp
-Rubber base repainted to matte black
-Tone arm calibrated
-Pitch control replaced and calibrated to factory setting. Tick/Click removed
-Replaced pitch control ornament/aluminum pitch decal
-Repainted and refaced platter
-Spindle lubricated
-Fabricated switch knob
